Common Disney Characters to Meet

I may be 30 but I love my Disney characters! When my friends and I have visited in the last couple years we make it a point to visit as many characters as possible. Most of the characters we run across or that were on our "need to do list" had short wait times but of course not every character will (I'm looking at you, Frozen!).

While some people think that meeting people in costumes is odd or a waste of time I think it's part of the magic and experience. These princesses are no ordinary people; they have training to look, act, and sound like the real deal! Ariel asked if it was a long swim to visit her at Disneyland.

Here's a list of characters that are fairly easy to find. Sometimes characters can only be spotted at special events, specific parks, or at special times. Is this every character you can get? Nope but it's a good start.

  1. Anna
  2. Elsa
  3. Olaf
  4. Aurora
  5. Snow White
  6. Ariel
  7. Rapunzel
  8. Cinderella

  12. Mulan
  13. Tiana
  14. Naveen
  15. Belle
  16. Pochohantas

  27. Dug
  28. Russell
  29. Tarzan
  30. Fairy Godmother
  31. Alice
  32. Mad Hatter
  33. Oswald
  34. Lightning McQueen

Of the possible 47 listed here I only have 29 autographs... so far! Aurora is my favourite autograph, because she put my name on it! I may have gushed she was my favourite princess while meeting her.

You can buy various autograph books at the parks but I have them sign my travel journal. Another option is using scrapbook/journaling cards. Here's two cute ideas: driver's licenses or silhouettes. I've also heard of pillowcases, picture frames, and shirts.
