1. Prepare your pot pie mixture.
I didn't include any cheese in my recipe and I didn't measure anything but the liquid. It turned out good.
2. Mix up "Bisquick".
I didn't want to buy Bisquick and most of the recipes I found call for shortening which I'd also have to buy but then I found one that used butter! I can't find the site I used but this one is similar.
3. Mix your "Bisquick" into a batter.
I used powdered egg-replacer and it worked fine Hell, I even forgot the eggs in one batch and they were fine too.
4. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of batter into a sprayed muffin pan. Add chicken and then 1 more tablespoon of batter.
I added about a spoonful of chicken to mine. The recipe called for 1/4 cup.
Now, depending on if the two levels of batter touched while baking your pot pies may try to come out of the pan separately, like a hamburger. I'm ok with that but if you're not then use less chicken and more batter for make everything hold together.
