Peroxide and Baking Soda to Clean a Cookie Sheet

So I have used peroxide, baking soda, a dish soap to get rid of gross arm pit stains on my clothes so I thought I would try the peroxide and baking soda trick to clean cookie sheets. The theory is that it cleans cookie sheets with very little scrubbing (if you allow it to sit) by sprinkling baking soda, then peroxide then baking soda again.

My results after 20 min (bottom left): I didn't notice any change. I re-covered and re-wet it.

My results after 50 min (now bottom left cause my camera is weird): No change noticed. I re-covered and re-wet it.

So I left it over night and tried the next day around 8 hours later. Again, no change noticed. Bummer. Has anyone done this before and had success?
